Sessions are paid by bank transfer, 24 hours before each appointment. Details will be provided once we’ve arranged your first session.
I keep a small number of concession slots available for those who would benefit from a reduced rate. Offering affordable counselling in Manchester matters to me, and cost shouldn’t be the thing that stops you from getting support.
If this applies to you, just get in touch and we can have a straightforward conversation about it.
I ask for at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule a session. This gives me the opportunity to offer the slot to someone else. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at the full session rate.
I understand that life doesn’t always go to plan, so if something unexpected comes up, just get in touch as soon as you can.
